Según la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos vigente hay 2 opciones como alquilar este apartamento :     1) Si lo necesita por larga temporada firmaremos  Contrato de arrendamiento como vivienda de uso habitual y con el tiempo obligatorio 6 meses y luego prorrogable hasta 3 años de forma automática tal. Anexo nº 1 del Contrato incluye  documentación relacionada con trabajo / ingresos del titular del Contrato ( y si lo pide propietario ) también un  fiador solidario para justificar condiciones económicas para alquilar la vivienda.                  2) O si Usted ha llegado a Tenerife  para pasar unos meses de vacaciones / descansar / o trabajar por el tiempo reducido firmaremos Contrato de arrendamiento TEMPORAL por menos que 6 meses según sus necesidades. También en este caso hay que acreditar su solvencia – sin duda encontramos un na opción como asegurar continuidad del pago por su parte – por ejemplo Usted puede pagar 2/3 meses por adelantado, otra opción puede ser un  fiador  solidario que firmará con Usted … etc… Para alquilar este  apartamento por larga temporada Vd. pagaría 4 mensualidades de entrada  – cantidad que incluye mes en curso 650,- plus la fianza 1.300,- para recuperar la en el momento cuando se termina el Contrato de Arrendamiento y 650,- Eur. honorarios  por gestión de arrendamiento.
