Location of the apartments – North Tenerife / Puerto de La Cruz area / Santa Úrsula – Urbanization «La Quinta» – in this urbanization we can find Residential complex «La Quinta Park ****» – Private apartments with the possibility of renting for months / even for a long season.
We present an opportunity that you can take advantage of if you are looking for a fully furnished and equipped category apartment in the North of Tenerife with the possibility of renting it for months / or for long periods. We rent apartments with the Lease Agreement according to the current Urban Leasing Law and below you can see photos of the «pilot» apartment on the 2nd floor – an example of how the apartment is furnished and equipped. Rental prices are from 580,- Euros / month and then you have to count the expenses that you have (and had and any type of accommodation of this type) – specifically services that we offer within our service – Internet access through a reinforced WiFi network, hot and cold water consumption, electricity consumption WITHOUT monthly consumption limit, municipal garbage tax, free access to private garden areas with community pools and surveillance of the same – These services have an estimated value in 120,- / month.

Rental expenses:
Rent for long season To rent any apartment with the Lease Contract for more than 6 months = for long season, 2 monthly installments of the deposit are paid (which is returned when the Contract ends), current month and 50, – Euros of the Management for each month …. that is, you would pay 300,- Euros of the Management expenses in the longest case – Contract for 6 months extendable up to 7 years of the duration according to the Urban Leasing Law current. To formalize the Contract, you will sign as the Contract Holder with your documentation that proves your income and you need a joint guarantor. Another more comfortable and valid option for long and short term contracts is to pay (especially if you have no income in Spain for any reason) only 1 monthly payment as the deposit and then pay 2-3 monthly payments in advance and thus avoid presentation. of your income. Season LESS than 6 months: You have the possibility to pay your entire stay in advance and thus avoid «paperwork» with a joint guarantor and your income.
