We offer you apartments for sale (sold separately or in lots) in the heart of the tourist area of Puerto de La Cruz / Tenerife North. They are located on Avenida Aguilar y Quesada – a few meters from Martiánez beach, fabulous public swimming pools «Lago Martiánez», Martiánez shopping center with numerous brand stores, Mercadona supermarket etc … and obviously in the leisure center with restaurants, cafeterias, banks, pharmacies and rest and leisure areas that this tourist center has – Puerto de la Cruz with one of the best climates in Europe. We sell apartments with their public deed before a Notary and with 100% freedom for the owner to decide if they will live in the apartment or rent it for a short / long season or dedicate themselves to vacation rentals. Obviously we manage this entire process from the necessary documentation to the signing before the Notary and then (if you wish and you do not live permanently) and we manage maintenance, complete administration – according to your wishes and needs.

We work every day with numerous contacts and clients from all over Europe and every day we are making visits with people who are already in Puerto de La Cruz to visit apartments in person and the apartments that are not sold we are renting as always = through the Reception by days / weeks for which any information sent from us is valid for a maximum of 24 hours and we cannot guarantee updating of the information that you have received. Undoubtedly reservations are accepted – both Option to rent for short / long term or Option to Purchase but if you want to do this you have to contact our colleagues, make a videoconference for example and know the Conditions of reservations. For this reason, the best way to get your accommodation / long-term rental or have exclusivity to buy a previously selected apartment according to our experience is as follows:
