Este maravilloso complejo ofrece 2 piscinas, solárium, bares, restaurantes y cancha de tenis. Precio publicado Incluye gastos de la comunidad (son 150,- que paga propietario) IBI y tasa municipal de la basura. NO incluye consumo del agua / luz y derecho de aparcar coche o moto en aparcamiento privado de este complejo con entrada bajo control. Condiciones básicas para alquilar este apartamento son siguientes : Siempre necesitamos conocer la fecha de la entrada y salida que tiene planeado y tener información relacionada con sus ingresos que aseguran pago de las rentas y lo mismo de fiador solidario.  Contrato de arrendamiento sería por temporadas – verano / invierno incluso con derecho de prolongación – los precios son diferentes = pide su presupuesto para temporada que desea. Die Wohnung ist für eine 6-monatige Saison ab dem 01.04.2025 mit einem verlängerbaren Zeitvertrag verfügbar (siehe Bedingungen). Das Apartment verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Smart-TV, privates Highspeed-WLAN (separat zu bezahlen und kostet 50,-/Monat) und eine ziemlich große Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf die Gartenbereiche und den Pool. Dieser wunderschöne Komplex bietet zwei Swimmingpools, ein Solarium, Bars, Restaurants und einen Tennisplatz. Der angegebene Preis beinhaltet die Gemeinschaftsgebühren (150,- vom Eigentümer zu zahlen), die Grundsteuer und die kommunale Müllsteuer. NICHT inbegriffen sind der Wasser-/Stromverbrauch und das Recht, Ihr Auto oder Motorrad auf dem privaten Parkplatz dieses Komplexes mit kontrolliertem Eingang zu parken. Enjoy your stay in our cozy studio in the private Green Park complex, located on the coast between Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf. The apartment is available for a 6-month rental from 01/04/2025 with a renewable temporary contract (see conditions). The apartment has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a large Smart TV, private high-speed WiFi (paid separately and costs 50,- / month), and a large terrace with pleasant views of the gardens and pool. This wonderful complex offers 2 swimming pools, a solarium, bars, restaurants, and a tennis court. The published price includes community fees (150,- paid by the owner), property tax, and municipal garbage tax. It does not include water/electricity consumption and the right to park a car or motorcycle in the complex’s private parking lot with controlled entrance. It is possible to sign for 890,- with ALL INCLUSIVE (water/electricity and entrance to the parking lot with 24-hour security). Demonstrable solvency is required on the part of the Contract Holder and Joint Guarantor.
